Traci joined the office in January of 1999 after a stint with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted criminal matters and participated in jury trials, bench trials and hearings. A magna cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Oneonta and a cum laude graduate of Albany Law School in Albany, New York, Traci was named to the Albany Law Review. Between semesters of law school and during the summers, Traci worked as a Legislative Aide to New York State Senator Joseph R. Holland analyzing, tracking and researching legislation. She co-authored a Report on Business in New York State and worked with the Senator’s constituency.

Traci concentrates her practice in the area of personal injury defense, medical malpractice defense, health care law and appellate practice. She is our in-house expert on HIPAA compliance issues and has branched out into Fire Department and Fire District Law.

Traci is a member of the New York State, Onondaga, Madison and Oneida County Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute. Traci is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and actively participates as a member of the Stittville Volunteer Fire & Rescue Department. She is also a member of the Holland Patent School Board. Traci enjoys spending time on camping outings with her husband and two children.
