Curriculum Vitae
Gale & Dancks proudly welcomed David to our office in June of 2004. A native of Arizona,
David received his undergraduate dual degree in Biology and Political Science from the
University of Arizona at Tucson. He gained practical experience in his chosen fields of study working as an intern for Congressman Jim Kolbe and as a research assistant for an ichthyology laboratory.
After college, David moved to Central New York to obtain his law
degree from Syracuse University where he was elected a member of the Moot Court Honor
Society and earned a position on the 2001 National Trial Team and the 2002 ATLA Trial
Team. David served as President of his law school class and interned at the U.S.
Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. Before joining Gale & Dancks,
David gained experience working in a large litigation firm.
David’s practice centers on representing health care professionals in medical malpractice matters and defending individuals and corporations in other personal injury claims. David also represents businesses in commercial contract negotiations and disputes as well as formation of business entities.
David is a member of the New York State and Onondaga County Bar Associations and he
volunteers in Pro Bono programs sponsored by the County Bar. He shoots a great game of
golf and welcomes challengers on the volleyball court. David and his wife reside in
North Syracuse.
