  • Defense of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers.

Representative Matters

• Counsel for healthcare professionals, hospitals and healthcare organizations in State and Federal Courts and in Administrative hearings before State boards and insurance commissions.
• Counsel in various matters involving the rights of physicians to practice medicine as a member of a hospital staff and as approved provider for health insurance company panels.
