Catherine A. Gale, the founder of Gale & Dancks, LLC, is a well-seasoned trial attorney who is a member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers. She focuses her skills on representing health care providers in malpractice litigation, licensure issues, risk management and insurance coverage questions.

Thérèse Wiley Dancks, also a trial attorney, has represented a variety of national insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury matters including medical malpractice and toxic tort claims. In addition, she represents diverse professionals in business and employment matters.
